Finding Your Size
Wear either nothing or a close-fitting (but not compressing) garment while taking your measurements for best accuracy.
Make sure to keep the measuring tape level all the way around your body.
Measure around your torso at the fullest part of your natural chest (about nipple-level) to find your chest/bust measurement.
Repeat the process around your waist (about 1” above your belly button) to find your waist measurement.
Bodies and proportions vary - focus on your chest measurement when choosing your size. Contact us if you need help :)
User Guide
**This guide provides suggestions only and does not replace medical advice.
Take your time when putting on and removing your binder – this garment is tight and takes a little practice to get into. Relax. Breathe. Take it slow. You got this!
Compress breasts directly back toward the body along the plane of growth. Do not flatten breasts downwards.
Listen to your body. You should not have difficulty breathing while wearing this or any other compression top or chest binder – if you have trouble breathing, take it off and discontinue use - you may have the wrong size.
Do not wear a chest binder for more than 8 hours a day - take breaks. Never sleep in a chest binder.
Sizing is based on natural chest measurement.
This top is designed to squish your body into a shape that is different from your natural, unbound shape. It does this by being smaller than you - a.k.a. it is going to feel very tight at first. Our sizing guide takes this into consideration. Don’t downsize. Too-tight binders will only put your health and safety at risk and won’t necessarily give you a flatter appearance.
This is not a medical grade chest binder. Use of this garment is at your own risk.
