Return Policy

Returns

All items are final sale.

As most of our items are considered ‘intimate apparel’, we cannot accept returns for the majority of our products.

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for our Max Hold and Flex Hold chest binders.

*Please note, there is a 5% restocking fee for exchanged items.

Customers are responsible for all postage costs associated with an exchange (ie. returning the original item to us, as well as postage for the replacement item). (**International customers, please note this includes customs and/or import fees).

For this reason, please ensure you take your measurements carefully and select an appropriate size before placing your order, to avoid these extra charges.

If you do require an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item for full exchange instructions.

Items must be returned in as-new condition to be eligible for an exchange. Items returned damaged, dirty or clearly worn are no longer eligible for an exchange, and will EITHER:

  • be returned to the customer at customer’s expense, or;

  • be eligible for partial refund up to a maximum of 50% original price, less a restocking fee, depending on the item’s condition. Items soiled or damaged beyond repair are not eligible for a refund. (If you’re not sure about your garment’s condition, please ask us before mailing to avoid unnecessary shipping costs.

*All fees are waived for local, in-person exchanges, provided that item is in as-new condition. Items will be examined for condition at time of exchange.

Items Damaged in Transit

We do our best to package items so they get to you in as good a condition as they were when they left our studio. However, items are occasionally damaged in transit. Unfortunately, this is out of our control.

If you receive a damaged or broken item, please contact us right away, with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will ask you to return the item to us so we can take one of the following actions:

  • send you a replacement

  • provide you with a refund

  • come to a mutually-agreed-upon arrangement

Full or partial shipping costs may be refunded for damaged items.
